He works in patent agency, the research and analysis of patent information, the enterprises’ IP management and strategic consultant, IP publicity and training. The years business practice made him good at dealing with the difficult cases, understanding the clients’ request and familiar with the patent examination.

He worked in patent application and management in the enterprise before he built the JZMC.

Now, he is a member of ACPAA council and the chairman of the professional committee for enterprise intellectual property strategy.

In 2013, he was the first batch of high-level personnel for ACPAA of enterprise patent strategy research.

As an in-house IP manager in a large semiconductor foundry for over 6 years, Dr. SHU has led an in-house IP team dealing with patent infringement litigation, licensing demand, and patent transaction projects as her main job responsibilities. During this period, she grew and managed a dozen patent firms, filing and prosecuting more than 2,000 applications annually focusing on advanced semiconductor process technologies as an in-house IP manager.
      Before joining IPRTOP, Dr. SHU gained valuable experiences working in a US patent firm for more than 8 years, where she performed U.S. patent prosecution, including drafting applications and office action responses for large semiconductor foundries worldwide. During this period, she has also drafted hundreds of U.S. and PCT applications, office action responses, and appeals in semiconductor, display, and other electronics fields.

Mr. Lei was graduated from mechanical of Heifei University of Technology. He was worked for product research and development in Jinan’s second machine tool factory group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Mitsui Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd..

In 2004, he takes part in Shanghai JZMC Patent and Trademark Law Office and acts as mechanical & electrical manager. He is good at dealing with the patent agent in the field of mechanical and electronic, patent infringement analysis, patent invalidation, etc.

The clients he provides services includes the field of ferrous metallurgy, automobile manufacture, auto parts, machine tool equipment, low-voltage apparatus, shipbuilding and so on. He has a strict style of work and a strong sense of responsibility.

Mrs. Xu was graduated from the biochemistry of Fudan University. In 2004, she achieved the qualification of patent agent. In 2006, she takes part in JZMC Patent and Trademark Law Office and now she acts as the chemical pharmaceutical manager.

The cases she has agented includes the field of biology, medicine, chemical, environmental-friendly, material science and so on. She completed thousands of pharmaceutical and medical cases and response to the Office Action, which the successful rate is very high in response to the office action.

Before taking part in the JZMC, Mrs. Xu participates in the medicine research and management and patent management for many years at Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Limited by Share Ltd.

In 2011, she was awarded as the outstanding agent by Shanghai Patent Agent Association.

In 2012, she was awarded as the annual outstanding agent by China Intellectual Property News.

In 2013, she was awarded as the One-star patent agent in China.

Mrs. Guo was graduated from Tsinghua University. In 2008, she takes part in JZMC Patent and Trademark Law Office and now she is the manager of international patent agent.

Before Taking part in JZMC, Mrs. Guo has acted as patent engineer for many years in Shanghai Zhongxin Guojian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She is in charge of the patent search and analysis and patent application in the field of Monoclonal and pharmaceutical.

Liang Hailian obtained a master's degree in materials from Changchun University of Science and Technology, and went to Osaka University in Japan to study and obtain a doctor of engineering.

She specializes in handling Chinese and international patent applications. Its patent agents cover technical fields such as chemical engineering, materials science, medicine and preparation, bioengineering, and environmental engineering.

Before joining Guanghua, Liang Hailian has worked in Japan's Western Patent Office, Japan's three co-international patent office ，and he was engaged in Japanese patent agency work,leading to accumulating patent agency experience to some degree.

At present, she was international patent agency director in JZMC ，mainly responsible for the intellectual property agency business from Japan.

Lawyer Sun was served in Beijing Tianchi Law firm and specialized in civil and commercial legal services. She took part in JZMC in 2004 and participated in launching JZMC Law Office. She dealt with a lot of intellectual property cases , has rich practical experience and provide a wide range of legal services for the domestic and foreign companies. Her work ability gets the customer ‘s consistent approval since she practice independently. As the excellent lawyer in Yangpu district, she also serves as legal counsel for many domestic enterprises, and criminal cases of intellectual property rights agent.

She acts as the electronics and communication engineering manager. She is good at dealing with the patent agent on the field of electronics circuit, communication engineering and micro electronics; infringement analysis, invalid review and IP training.

Work experience 

She once worked in a research institute affiliated to China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd. (CETC), engaged in product research and development, business development, strategic planning, project management, and intellectual property management.

She joined J.Z.M.C. Patent and Trademark Law Office in 2020. Currently she is the head of the Consulting and Operation Department, and also a patent analysis professional, responsible for patent information search, patent data analysis and patent navigation.

Project experience

Served as the project leader of the D bid section of the Leading Industry Patent Navigation Project in Jinan City in 2020. She led the project members to complete the project that included four industry fields including, the third-generation semiconductor materials, heavy-duty truck technology, special steel materials, and smart steel. This project adopted patent information resources and industrial patents analysis in order to help the Jinan Municipal Government find out the distribution of core patents in key areas of the industrial chain, analyze the industry competition situation from a global perspective, find the current problems during industrial development, improve industrial innovation capabilities and competitive advantages by using patent data information which continues to play an important role in the navigation of industrial development.
